Such information is typically exchanged after mutual execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which lays out expectations and responsibilities beyond this privacy notice.  All such information is provided by you voluntarily and will be deleted and/or returned upon request.

  • Emails, meeting notes, recordings, and transcripts

As part of our interactions with you as a client, potential client, partner or industry colleague we may capture the content of emails, meeting notes, video and audio recordings, and meeting transcripts.  We may use AI applications to transcribe and summarize the conversation.
